Review for Chelsea Court Apartments

I have been living here for about 2 and a half years and I haven't had any problems with anyone except the office staff. They don't answer the phones and the hours don't accomodate anyone who has a job. Otherwise, unlike these other reviews, my apartment was clean when I moved in and I don't have a problem with roaches. It's a cool place for the size of the apartment.
