Well, where should I start? First off, they gave us the WRONG apartment and the one we got stuck with was dirty and the carpet ruined the day we moved in. I complained in person about this for months and now, month 12, have given up!! My light bill is always over 300 dollars, NO JOKE!! because they refuse to fix the air conditioner properly. There is always loud banging, rap music, and slamming of gates at all hours. I feel unsafe all the time. Gates are always broken and open, gun shots go off late in the night, and my roommate's car has been vandalized twice since we moved in a year ago. This place is horrible and the staff never responds to ANYTHING!!! I plan to move out in June and never look back! This place is a mirror image of what's across the street....WALMART TRASH!!!!!!!
