...Then you would love living here. I have lived here (on the older side) for about a year now and can't wait till my lease is up. I thought I made a good decision moving here but realized I was dead wrong. First off the ladies in the leasing office are nice the one helping me did negotiate a good deal with me on my apartment and I do love my apartment itself, but hate everything outside of my four walls. Neighbors who moved in next to me are loud epecially late at night. People slam their doors all day long around. Parking is horrible never a place to park after 8p.m. and on weekends. The value of this complex has gone way down due to people here and management not taking care of the property. The outside of the complex looks horrible. Management said a full makeover process would begin back in February. I haven't seen any remodeling yet. Gates (on both sides) are always broken. Huge potholes all over the driveway just inside the main gate that mess up your car because they are hard to drive around. Noone has come to fix these holes yet and are getting worse. Home invasion went down two apartments away from mine not long ago while we were sleeping. Management acts nice and sweet but they are not helpful and act as if they don't care about their residents. They are very hard to reach when you need them and often have ignored me and other residents & even prospects. I'll be moving out at the end of my lease. If you are thinking about moving here I suggest you find somewhere else. There is so much better out there. Don't ignore all the negative comments about this place. Positive comments have most likely been written by management. Don't settle for this property unless you want to live in the ghetto.
