I have lived here for almost 15 months and it use to be a nice place. Then they let all the New Orleans people in and it went to hell. Trash in the parking lot and halls, beer bottles all over the place, the kids throwing chairs in the pool and two shootings. They have been putting in a new gym the entire summer and it just opened 09/09/06. Only during office hours meaning if you work a normal 8a - 5p, you can't use it. They close at 6 pm so you can't use it until the weekend. I had to go to the office uncountable times to tell them about the roaches. My neighbors roaches were coming into my unit it was so nasty in theirs. They did put them out but only after 4 months of me complaining about the problem.
