today is Nov. 20, 2007 I moved in in August 2007, and i am not impressed with it in the least. First of all, just as i was finishing the paperwork process of moving in, they discovered the Apt Manager, Rokwell Manage was doing bad business, so they fired them and hired a whole NEW management team. Since August they have changed the office staff at least five times, and when asked where anything is located, the answer is im not sure, here is the map of the property. Rockwell Management promised a cyber cafe, a movie theater w/free movie every wednesday, resort style pool and new exercise room, but never followed through with any of them. The cyber cafe is a small room with about six or seven PCs, which are never on line. Upon move in, I was told to get a pass for the movie, every weds from the gate guard, but she has no clue as to what i'm talking about, and neither does any of the new management. One of them told me that some other tenants bought in thir own VHS tapes to watch, so i could that, if i'd like, after getting permission. lol (what a joke) The resort style pool (the closest pool to my unit) was closed for repairs from the time i moved in till late October. There's a elevator thats not in use, and has been borded up. We could really use w/six flights of stairs to get to the third floor. Grounds keepers do not clean hallways. There's old spider webs on the ceiling, leaves everywhere (always), and on two occasions huge piles of dog poop sat in the hall way for nearly a week before they cleaned it up. I love the location, but i hate the lack of attention the staff pays to the up keep of the property, as well as following through with some of their promises that made me choose them over others complexes in the area.
