We have lived in this apartment complex for two years and had terrible experience. 1) Last summer somebody broken my front car window when my car was standing on the parking lot in this apartment complex. 2) We moved out from apartment for more then three months ago and still did not receive our Security Deposit of two hundred dollars $200.00 3) When we came in apartment countless dead roaches met us 4) Refrigerator was broken and always leaking 5)My dish washer was broken and plugged with dead roaches 6)During this two years there were about 10 different Leasing Office managers, some of them have worked just a few days.
OVERALL THIS PARQUE VIEW APARTMENT located on 1800 El paseo Street in Houston, TX is TERRIBLE and WAISTING MONEY.
