All equipments (refrigrator, washer dryer, bathroom, dishwasher, etc) are very old. Very poor managment. The worst apartment I ever lived. Becarefull when you move out. You have to have a witness with you. Eventhough you returned the key they will deny and charge you. Although the rooms are clean they will say it is dirty and found two bags of trash and they will charge you. They also will charge you for all old staffs they gave you when you were renting. Becarefull of the sticker, they will not tell you to return but they will charge you $100 for it even you return it at later time. Also becareful of the move out day. Eventhough you move out in the exact date they will add on you extra two days and charge you for that. You can't convince them, they will deny everything. They will try to take your money by cheating, and they will try to scare you by sending to resident data evenif the truth is on your side. Also rats and roaches will give you hard time.
