A year ago i noticed this apartment complex a few blocks behind Sharpstown Mall, so I make random visits at different times in the day and night to see what the activity was like on the property. The place seemed very quiet to be in the area that it was in so I decided to rent there. Everything was okay up until the day I signed the lease, and I began to notice, one by one, things that just made me feel unconfortable with the choice I just made. First it was the office staff which is usually lead by the assistant manager Terri Hill. A very rude and sarcastic woman, and can be very inconsiderate in how she conveys her attitute towards others. And she, as the rest of the office staff, have no problems sending maintanence unannounced into your apartment. This has happened to me several times early in the day when they assumed I wasn't there. The office staff are also neglectful in responding to noise complaints or any issues regarding tenants. But come a few days late on your rent, and management are coming through your door. The noise level can become a problem particularly if your apartment is situated on the second floor. You can litarally hear just about every step an up-stairs neighbor makes. Parking is first come come served. But the management is the worst problem here.
