The Madisons are very nice apartments,the manager marcey is a nut case.My only problem is the water bill is outrages. I am in a two bedroom apt and my water bill is 95.00 a month. I have went to the managment and they could care less, some body needs to do something.It is unfair to pay 800.00 rent and 95.00 water.
