I used apartmentwiz here in San Antonio on January 2001. JB helped me with the whole process of finding an apartment in the community of Boerne, TX. He was always very courteous and professional from the get go. The same day after we talked for the first time he emailed me a report of various listings both in San Antonio Northwest side as well as in Boerne, TX. I am now living in a beautiful apartment complex and am very satisfied with the assistance that Apartment Wiz gave. I will sure go back to them when I am ready to relocate again. Jose Hernandez

I am very satisfied with the services that ApartmentWiz provided me in the search for an apartment in Boerne, TX. From the first call that I placed to them the agent was very polite and professional. By the end of the following day I had already received a current report of listings not only in Boerne, TX but also of the NorthWest side of San Antonio, TX. The agent even found the time to talk to me about the adventageous fo relocating to San Antonio vs. Boerne, TX. He also provided me with a list of telephone numbers to the local schools in the area.

This was my first time using an apartment loacator and the experience was awesome. He followed up with me regulary and sent me lists as I requested them. Also, not being from houston it helped me avoid some areas that were undesirable while making me familiar with areas of houston I havent been. I will definitely be using this office and Mr. Beard's services when finding my future home.

I used ApartmentWiz to find an apartment in the Houston area, and Caroline Kappler was a great resource who was able to call apartments in advance and get the availability and prices for me. I would recommend using this service if you are looking for an apartment in the Houston area, especially in a limited amount of time.

I used Apartment Wiz back in March 2010 to help me find an apartment, when I spoke with Bryan Richardson, he told me that if I use there apartment locator services that I will get a $100 dollar rebate..they say that it can take about 30-90 day for an apartment complex to pay them and once they are paid..they will send us a check..so its been passed the 90 day so I've been calling to check the status of my rebate, I've used apartment locators before and never had a problem with getting my rebate. Well I contacted the company again for the fifth time and this very last time I spoke with someone by the name of Micheal who was very rude and unhelpful. He had told me I had to contact Norma Brown to see whats the hold up with my rebate but every time I call she is never availible they are always out to lunch.He got an attitude with me and told me that he coulnt help me and for me to call back and 30 min..so when I got to asking him questions about how they treat people and dont make good on thier services,. he told that I needed to ease up off of him and that he was going hang up the phone in my face. I also contacted my relocation speacilist several times in regards to the issue to and has yet to tell me when I will receive my refund. This location service may be good and helping you find a good apartment but don't believe the hype about getting the $100.00 rebate because it will never happen. Go with rent.com or umovefree.com, they make good on their promise, I should've went ahead and stuck with them but the guy Bryan Richardson was so nice and helpful when he was assiting me with findung an apartment. I am bery upset with the way I was treated and the fact that I have contacted them several times and have yet to get a call back or email in regards to this situation.

My mother and I have been successfully identified as kidney transplant patients (I’m the donor) and is seeking somewhere comfortable she could reside for three months while she’s recovering from surgery (I’m staying only two weeks). Since my search started, Matt was swift to email me back requesting details of what we’d require in an apartment. He offered suggestions and gave us time to decide.
