Apartment Review for Autumn Chase

These apartments are a joke my rent for a small bedroom is 500 dollars they charge for pest control witch is 2.00 dollars a month but i havent seen them since the day i moved in.( which was 9 months ago) there water charge is ridiculious they charge 30 dollars for water waste and another 30 for water, and 4 dollars for trash that stays stacked up outside way to long. I have seen way to many of these huge wood roaches. strange men walking all times of the night. The mantenance dont fix anything , my tub leaks , my bathroom sinks leaks. Oh and lets not forget about people living in the vacant apartments. When i moved in there was a security guard , now there is none. Gun shots all times of the night.
