No Real Complaints - I'm Renewing ( over a year ago )

I have lived here for a little over a year and I am renewing my lease. It is very seldom that you find an apartment in the Medical Center area that has reasonable rent. It has also proven to be peaceful over the year. If there is any crime, I thank God that I have not witnessed it, been a victim of it, or heard of any. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of, therefore leaving me with no real complaints. The only thing I wish they could do something about is somehow have washer/dryer connections, or units, in the complexes. I miss having this handy option and I hate having to go to the washateria onsite, or offsite. <P>
Overall, this has been a good place to live. <P>

I lived there 6 month (they have lease for 6 month and a year). Can't tell anything bad. only once gate was broken in the morning due to the heavy raining at night time and there is no other way to drive out the apartments - only one exit and entrance.
with this apartment complex you buy a location. but don't forget that during the big games roads will be filled with cars.

My apartment was very decent for the area and the price range. Management was wonderful, very friendly. The community was very pet friendly. My only problem was the flooding that occured when it rained but when I moved out in fall of 2003 they were beginning to raise the sidewalks and fix that problem so it may no longer be an issue.
