This place is a joke. Empty apts. have trash all over patios.everytime we get a new mgr. (on #6 or more since I've been here)they make promises. Let low life people move in. Don't open your door for fresh air because all you get is marijuana smell. Property not maintained at all. You have to do your part but they dont do theirs. Oakleaf will not take your call.Make you speak to voicemail everytime. Roaches out of control and theft & vandalism of cars. Hope your air doesnt break on a day they dont fix air conditions, only Tues and Thurs.Park crooked, they tow your car. They are pushing us out. Raise rent 100.00 and only a 6 month lease so they can raise it again for these so called "Beautiful Community Homes".What a JOKE!
