Apartment Reviews for Briar Meadows Apartments - Houston

I have been a resident since May 2008. First they tried to put us in a floor plan we didn't want. Even though we paid our deposit for apartment 1001, they rented it to someone else and we had to go into a different apartment with a similar floor plan. When we moved in, there was no handle on our microwave and we have been asking for one in writing for seven months now. They claim they ordered a new handle on 2 separate occasions and neither one was the right one. In October, someone moved in the apartment above us and proceeded to put all kinds of trash on the balcony above our entry door. When we pointed that out to the management they said they would take care of it. But as of the first of the year nothing has been done yet. Don’t move here......they suck.
