Noise is one of the biggest problems, maint. is a very close second. Most of the repairs now need to be done again and one was never fixed properly so we just gave up. We have lived in many apt. and this one is the worse. You hear every noise from you neighbors and Management really doesn't care, oh they smile and are friendly, but doesn't really fix any complaints or problems.
