Review for Casa Nube En Bissonnet Apartments

Since I've been living at these apartments we have had 5 management teams which who embezzled money. They didn't pay the water bill due to embezzeling, and they split whatever balance they had among residents, which were few because the apartments are empty. Not to mention very rocah invested. I have had roaches travel with me in my car to work, crawled out of my purse. When went to inform management I was told to purchase moth balls and bomb once a monh due to them not having an exterminator. Went without maintanance for several months, now the maintenance that they have are not even certified. My air conditioner downstairs has been broken since I moved here, they call themselves coming out to fix and never fixes properly, so now the AC is about falling out of the ceiling. I've been complaining about my front door that someone kicked in due to trying to break in my home, they fixed it improperly and never came to fix properly. Upstairs toilet half works. The AC unit leaks water everywhere so my bathroom floods whenever I run AC. Since I've been here it's been high crime. Kids are outside as I speak and it's eleven thirty at night on a school night. And thugs hang around and watch you. Last but not least you have a group of children turning off tenants lights as a joke. Not a place you want to move in.

I wrot the review previous to this one. Since the last review My house got ROBBED luckily we were able to get our things back, 2 other neighbors gor robbed the same day. The culprit lived about 40 ft away form my aptartment.The thief even robbed the security that lived on porperty-STUPID. The day before the office fired the securities that lived on property b/c they werent doing their job. The thief got his ass almost killed that night. His teeth were broken, eyes swelled up, he almost died. The guy that stole: him and his homies were in on it. And sure enough in the 2 monthes I been there we got another manager a spanish women. Shes okay. I dont not feel comfortable- Im at work thinking is somebody else gonna break in? The property is filled with GHETTO A@@ BLACK PEOPLE!! I'm kool with black people, but these are the ghetto-not doing nothing wit there life ROBBING hard working people. Im TOtally moving away from this area. Good Luck if u decide to move here.
