Review for Casa Nube En Bissonnet Apartments

I moved in about a month ago. I like the design of my townhome. Yes I did hear about there being a lot of managers in and out. I did have problems moving in. but they fixed my town home good. I got that "fake wood" vinyl, my carpet was new thank the lord. I clean all the time so I DONT have a roach problem, I do have ants outside that come in, I mentioned it to the front and was told I can buy stuff at the store. My ac was not working whn I moved in maintence fixed it the same day * it took a day to get the part** Im not home during the day,so I have no problems with my neighbors thank goodness. My family and I keep to ourselves. So my experince is well so far. ALSO THERE IS 24 hr security, One was nice and asked how it is on my side, I told him no problems.
If you want to rent here, Its not Westhimer or anything but you got accesss to the belt way- there is alot of stores in walking distance- theres a taco truck walkig distance-gas station down the street. I am lucky to have a good neighbors and a quiet spot. I have meet some crazy people I do not want to interact with. Its affordable and Management is very leinent. Also, the majority is african-american, some latino and I havent seen ANY white people only the Propety manager!!Lol. and the spanish lady in the office has been real kind to me and my family.
If any thing bad happens to me I will deffinetly write again!!1

Also, I wont lie- its kinda ghetto over here, The office is not THat Proffessional, but as long as you pay rent and keep to yourself and keep your apartment clean all the time- it should be all good.
