MY ROOMATE AND I HAVE LIVED THERE FOR NEARLY 2 YEARS, AND OUR CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST YEAR. MANAGEMENT SAYS CALL THE POLICE AND GET A REPORT, THEN WHAT IS MY QUESTION?
