Apartment Reviews for El Mundo Park Apartments - Houston

I moved into El Mundo Park after a former friend moved out. I must say that I have never had a bad experience with maintenance. They respond the same day. I left due to the increasing rates, which were to be expected with all the new construction in this area. The only problem I ever had with noise, was when some college students from Texas Southern University became drunk and unruley in the parking lot after midnight in 2005. The neighbors pretty much keep to themselves or are just plain snobs who work in the medical center. A great facility to live in, my apartment was top notch, leaving my huge garden tub and spacious bathroom was hard to do. Thanks El Mundo Park for my first apartment experience. <P>

Decent place to stay when you're in school. Better get an alarm for your car though.

I have been living in this apartment complex going on 12 months now and I love it love it love it. It is an excellent place to live if you have a family or you are single. It is safe, quiet, nice and the leasing office will do anything in their power to make you feel comfortable. If you haven't seen this complex you need to visit it. The apartments look nice, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are so nice. The bathtubs are mable and the too nice. The maintenance staff are always on time and they get the job done the first time. I have never had a problem with them
