I was absolutely in LOVE with my apartment and the management WAS a renter's dream come true. The new management is TERRIBLE, the woman in their are EXTREMELY rude, and have not read the lease from the previous management and try to charge fees that aren't real. The landscaping was pretty and well taken care of before, but now the lawns are rarely mowed, and the bushes have NEVER been clipped since new management has taken over. It looks terrible, and every teenage idiot and their "bff" is moving in now, and making noise, and parking their cars everywhere, they've even driven through the lawns! They also changed the gate codes, without informing original tenants, so it's all a big hassel to have a guest. I love my apartment, but the rude, tactless, (un)management, and the way everything has gone downhill has made me anxious for my lease to end!!
