I have lived in apartments for the past ten years of my life. I have never been more satisfied with a complex as I am with FACL. The amenities are plenty, the staff is WONDERFUL, the complex is so beautiful and well kept, the cookies are good ( and free ). Many of the apartments that I lived in before never did much for resident mingling. FACL always seem to have something going on each month for the residents and also for the children. Finally a complex that got it right in separating the office from the common area. There are too many conveniences to name but FACL is definitely where I plan to stay. I recommend it to EVERYONE. You get what you pay for and believe you me, you get alot.
