I actually love my apt. It's a nice size, good spot, nice view of trees and exotic plants in the summer and spring. but dear God the walls are thin. If you walk down the hall you can hear everything that's going on in the other apartments. The family above me sound like they are playing soccer up there everyday. The appliances are dated but haven't failed me yet. Security sux! There is always someone new in the booth and if you call after hours you might as well handle the situation yourself. I used to feel safe until I walked into my living room and there was a man on my balcony. Mind you, I'm on the second floor. Other than that, it's a nice place to live.

I will begin with the poor maintenance, (office fault, not the actual fault of the maintenance workers). A roof leak in my apt. that was never fixed turned into a huge hole in my ceiling about 3 ft. long above my bathroom sink. It took them two weeks to fix it, and in that time I had to sleep at night knowing there was nothing more than two plastic trash bags that they had stapled to the ceiling to cover it with something. Many little bugs were able to get in. They did finally agree to adjust my rent payment for the two weeks that I had to live that way, but it took some pushing.

Definately do not live on the first or second floor. Whoever is above you, even if they are tiny, sounds like a huge cow stomping around. The ceilings are paper thin and with every step, it was always followed with squeeks. Very annoying, especially at night.

The security guards are not always there at night. Often I would drive up only to see that the gate had been rigged to stay open while the guard is no where to be found. Or sometimes I would see them just let five or six random cars in in a row with out even questioning them.

I lived there for two years and enjoyed the place at first, but as I lived there I could not wait for my lease to be up by my second year.

The service is prompt to problems after they are notified. Despite being quick to fix things, things break or fail often.
