The only major problem with this complex is parking - you are assigned one spot in an underground lot which floods if the rain is heavy or long enough. If you choose to park out on the street in front of the complex, you run the risk of your car flooding in heavy rain or getting broken into (my vehicle was broken once but has had other things done to it as well such as a broken rearview mirror and paintballs on the windows). Fortunately, an easy solution to this is that the complex has a deal with the church right next to it. They allow one car per apartment to park in their lot as long as you have a tag (which you get from the apartment complex office).

One major disappointment I had was that when my husband and I moved in to the complex, our carpet was not replaced. The previous renters had stained the carpet from the front door to the kitchen (a frequently walked area) and after shampooing the carpet three times before we moved in, they still would not replace it.

One other subject, which can be good or bad depending on your personal opinion of pets, is that the management doesn't seem to enforce the pet weight policy. The resulting problem with this is that discourteous neighbors allow their pets to relieve themselves in areas not designated for pet waste and fail to pick up after them. So if you are wandering the complex at night in the grass, you are advised to watch your step.

The complex is generally pretty quiet, although if you live near the pool area it can be noisy during the summer. The pool is a nice size with a great picnic area. There is also a barbecue pit in another area of the complex available for residents to use. There is lots of landscaping. You will be hard-pressed to find any other apartments with as large a balcony, although not all units have one. Although the complex is not one of the fanciest in the area, it has a lot of nice qualities that are hard to find in the inner loop for this price.
