Review for Heritage At Park Row Apartments

We have been living here for over a year now. We have never really had any problems until recently. ROACHES!! We are extremely clean people. I clean my apt everyday. All of the sudden we saw one roach and now another. What irritates me most about this complex is that I can not control the other residents and how messy they are. They let some of the scummiest people live here. Every night drunk people sit and crowd the pool and hot tub. They sit out there drinking, smoking, being loud and annoying til all hours of the night. They do this on weekends as well. It is just that they start taking over the pool a lot sooner. They make the people with children there feel uncomfortable so we are forced to leave. Being loud and obnoxious, swearing, drinking in the pool. The past few months we have seen nothing but college kids who are slobs. When we first moved in we had an ant problem. They sprayed a few times and I just learned much better cleaning techniques. We haven't had any ants since. The water bills are too high. Our bill is sometimes $50 a month. That is crazy for a small apartment. I barely use any water. Also the buildings are not properly sealed or ventalated. We have an electric/gas bill for over $200 a month. My car has been broken into. The gate is ALWAYS broken. Look somewhere else
