Review for Heritage At Park Row Apartments

This apartment is infested with Roaches. We are very clean people. I am a stay at home mom and it is my job to clean all of the time. We has an ant problem about a year ago, but I learned some better cleaning techniques and we have not had any problems since. Recently we have found a few roaches. They are so gross. It is probably from the nasty neighbors. They probably don't clean. I am really surprised this complex doesn't do inspections of the apts to make sure they are being clean. Being dirty is what causes problems. Anyways, we have never really cared about any of the other small problems, but now I saw those roaches that is a different story.
1. The gate is ALWAYS broken
2. My car has been broken into. Along with several other burglaries and car break ins.
3. Water and electricity bills are way too high.
4. Way too many college kids living here.
5. Drunk people who hang out at the pool at all hours of the night. They are also loud and obnoxious and force families out of the pool making them uncomfortable. They sit and play offensive music, swear, take up the shallow end of the pool. My kid is not the best swimmer so they make him feel funny taking up all the space in the shallow end. They sit there, drink and party.
6.The maintenance staff is too slow. It takes them alost 2 weeks to respond to repairs.
7. The fixtures are cheap. They are always breaking.
8.Ants, although bleech, bleech, bleech you countertops everynight, you will be okay.
9. Loud neighbors. They stomp up and down the stairs.
10. No shopping that is close. You have to drive to Fry road which takes 15 minutes.
11.Cheap carpet. I NEVER eat anywhere but the table or wear my shoes inside, but we have all of the funky stains by the door.
12. Sidewalks are always flooded. They water the grass all morning, but instead they are watering the sidewalk, plus the dirt gets all over and it is slippery. I have almost slipped and broken my neck.
13. People don't pick up their animal droppings.
14. People drive too fast in the parking lot.
15. People park in front of their garages causing problems to people trying to back out of their spaces.
I am sure I could think of a million more things but than people would say I am just mad at this place because I have been wronged.
First of all, we pay our rent everymonth on time and are good residents. We are quiet people who never complain, but ROACHES are the LAST STRAW. We will be moving immediately when our lease is over.
