Apartment Reviews for Hollyview - Houston

My husband and I came here from a nice suburban community in Ca. We stopped by to get information, around closing time, when we ran into the owner. He was so cool and really accommodating. He walked us to one of the staff who was more than happy to stay late, talk to us, and give a tour. We totally loved it and put down a deposit to reserve. We were back the next day and they worked with our situation; we actually moved in that afternoon. So I give a hearty 5 stars to all staff, they really went above and beyond for us.

For safety, i gave it four because as of right now the gate is not working. However, they have many on-site cameras and the police are paid to drive around the lot usually at night.

Appearance, it is really beautiful in the remodeled section, which we are in, and it's in the works for completion.

Maintenance got a 4 because they have been working on the pipes a lot. We do realize that it is only temporarily under construction...

The condition of the units are newly renovated. They did a great job.

Noise level had to get a 3 because this place is like any complex, you have some bad moments, but nothing that really bothers me or my husband.

Overall, I would recommend this complex to any family member or friend. Once the renovations are complete I will probably give Hollyview 5 stars all around!

I have never stayed at a place more horrible than this there is MOLD everywhere; The managment wont fix anything they are very lazy they have crackheads working as maintance.This is a Dope Hole RATS PROMBLEMS.The A/C do not work they wont fix in light bill is more than the rent itself I had to call the Health Department 3 times.

I have been a resident for about 3 1/2 years & have always been very satisfied with the property. I have a friend that visits me a lot and would love to relocate there except her child would have to change school districts. I would for sure recommend this property to any one I know. <P>
