Apartment Review for Indian Springs

The worst apt I've ever lived in. What was I thinking' Maintenance is non existent, I fixed my oven myself, fixed my air conditioner myself, there is zero parking, the trash bins block 5 legit parking spots in the back of the complex, there are cops sleeping with hookers in the back corner of the lot, tires always being slashed, cars always being keyed, abandoned cars, swat has visited twice since I've moved in, random gunfire, bottles and cans distributed all over the back lot... I'm quick to praise the good in people and the good in companies, there is nothing to go out with this group. Can't believe the mess I'm in right now... To stay for three more months of **** or to walk the lease. I'm screwed either way.
