Well I have lived here for almost two years and at first it was really great. The maintenance people are really good they fix things as soon as you call and will come out in the middle of the night to make necessary repairs if needed. The office staff is very helpful and do their best. The biggest problem is in the last year the neighborhood has gone down a great deal and there is many undesireables living in apartments across the street from you. Secondly, there has been numerous car break-ins, vanadalism, as well as car thefts. Seems to be a great place to get your car stolen. Finally earlier this year there was a man who was shot to death here. As far as security goes, they do not provide security for your property only for theirs. <P>

I have lived in this complex twice now and both of my experiences were good one. The people in the office are very nice and responsive to your needs. The only bad part about the complex (depending on which side you are on) is the train that runs several times throughout and day and night. But, if your a heavy sleeper and don't mind the occasional noise, it won't be an issue. Also, while the property is nice...the area is slowing going downhill.
I love this complex. The neighbors and office management are very friendly.
