Review for Lakeside Place Apartments

live here twice...once int he late 90's and once from 2003-2004. the quality of not only the mamagment but the people the managment allow to live here has fallen off in a huge way. what was once a good core group of long-time residents is now a nonstop flow of really scummy people. the grounds are reasonable well kept but very very dark and seem pretty dangerous. there are alot of even worse apts right down the road and they really love to make the short trip to lakeside place for their latest car theft. mamagment is in a constant turnover mode and i didnt like them one bit. certain pain in the a@# residents got all new appliances...great (free) parking while my wife and i...who just werent the type to continualy nag and call and make trips to the office to annoy the mismanagment staff...well...we got the short end of the stick as it seems most normal people there did. skip this place and keep looking. im gone from there and i couldnt be happier i made the right choice
