Apartment Reviews for Old Farm
Worst Apartments for the Price!

I wish I had read the reviews before moving to The Reserve at Old Farm. This is a horrible apartment complex, and the property is overpriced for what they offer. First, there is insufficient parking, and they tow residents who have to park along the curbs. Second, they have a 24-hour maintenance "guarantee," but they do not honor it, nor do they even fix what is broken when you list multiple items. Next, they have a pest INFESTATION: roaches all over the property (inside and out) and mice. They seem to make an effort to have Orkin pest control out, but it doesn’t seem to help. You will have to buy your own insecticide and spray outside around your doors and inside. Also, they don’t seem to care about the trash on the property. I have seen door advertisements stay in the grass for weeks and still not be picked up. I guess they’re waiting for the paper to disintegrate. In addition, the dog breed restrictions are not enforced. There are residents with Pit Bulls that they allow to run loose on the property. Finally, if you have any issues, they will not be resolved by going through Resident Services. You will need to contact the district manager and threaten to report Riverstone (the property management company) to the city and state. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE!
