I have lived in my current apartment at Old Farm for several months. I looked at TONS of apartments in the area and the value of my current apartment is hands down the best that I found. Many other apartments in the area charge $100-250 more for the same size apartment. I have ample storage space, high ceilings, feel safe and couldn't be happier. Been living here since 2008 and looking forward to the lease being up. There are roaches and spiders that decide to join you for dinner on a reglar basis. The roof leaks and the response from various service requests is that they have to wait for it to stop raining so they can tarp the roofs and then fix the internal damage. That is understood, but it hasn't rained for 3 days and there are no tarps going up. Add to this that the air conditioning is broken, and this service request resulted in nobody coming to fix it and me having to call 6 times only to have the answering service tell me that they do not repair AC units once it is dark. This would have been good to know when I called one of the other 5 times. All they do is throw a fresh coat of paint over the place and call it move-in ready. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, OR EMOTIONS ON THIS PLACE! It is not worth it...
I have been living here since may 2008 and have absolutely loved every day of my stay. The apt is luxurious and tastefully architected. There have been no problems at all with the facility or the management. The staff are the most friendly people and they are always available to help out. Maintenance concerns, if any, are immediately addressed. There is sufficient parking and they even have reserved parking. There are monthly get-togethers for the residents and halloween parties. It's a great place to be and worth every penny.

The Complex is very nice.. Just that the management is rude and they do not acknowledge phone calls of complaints or questions.. They neglect their promises extended when intially moving in. Their gates do not have sensors and have had a vehicle smashed.. They are not responsible with mail. All in all, I believe this place is rated a 3. I would say if you can get cheap rent here... do it. but if it is not reasonable... don't do it!I have experienced worse with the Tuscany properties who charged me 6,000 $ in misc. repair fees. They are the worst! <P>
