horrible management.. manager is very rude so i guess it follows that some of the staff are flighty, handle tasks at their convenience and do not have an inkling of the meaning of customer service. The assistant manager says one thing then comes back and says she never said that and the manager doesnt even bother to verify such conflicts.. what happened to the customer is always right??!!! Manager doesnt take time to listen to you and feels that she is always right. Please dont waste money here as you will definately get treated like trash. Gate at the back is constantly broken... its no wonder they have break ins. do urself a favor and look across the street, up the street.. anywhere else far from here!!!
