There is a reason this apartment complex is so cheap. Cars are broken into on a nightly basis. HPD is called out to the property regularly. There has been a man exposing himself to women in the complex and management wouldn't even send out a warning to the residents. The management changes frequently. I never see the same employee twice when I go to the leasing office. They are very friendly to new tenants but that fades as soon as you move in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
