Apartment Reviews for Phoenician - Houston

The Phoenician is a beautiful community. The staff is very professional and will do everything in their power/ability to help resolve any issues. The overall landscaping is very well kept and gorgeous. The amenities include FREE spin and yoga classes, not to mention they have at least 1 resident function a month if not more! Not one place can please everybody and what I see in this place more than any other is the determination to do so on every level! Great location, reasonable pricing, professional staff, renovated apartments, 24/7 emergency maintenance and messaging service! There is nothing more that I would want in an apartment community!
