I'm proud to say that the new management is on the right path. They have gone through new changes that are improving the community. Seems like they have weeded out all the bad tenants and bringing in quality residents. I just moved into a Newly remodled unit that has new electricals, updated brushed nickel dome lighting, newly textured and custom painted taupe walls (no more white walls). They even changed out all the Toilets!! The manager reviewed the future plans with me and it includes security cameras, exterior remodel, solar screens and a new laundry room with all new equipment! This community is clean and well lit at night. AAA rating from me and my family.

Newly remodeld apartments.Now equipped with the best floors,all new wood cabinets,and close to three schools; Peterson Elementary, Stevenson Middle, and Chavez High School.We are just around the corner to 2 Grocery Stores and Shopping Strips. We are also under new managment, so that means we are doing our best to keep up with you and your family's needs.So don't hesitate to long because, remember everyone wants the best.
