Apartment Reviews for St. James Apartments - Houston

This is a horrible place. I begged for this apartment manager to allow this young man to cancel his lease agreement after it was learned his life could be in danager.
Now, I was told he could not do that and they would make him pay and report him to the credit bureau.
Yet, but these illegal people running and working in this office of management is involved in all types of criminal activities.
On April 29, 2009 this young male who had just made 20 years old was gunned down on their property. He was shot multiple times. He was shot in each leg, then several times in his head. It appears it is a serial killer out there. These Katrina tenants always lie to these Houston Police Detective with the same descripton over and over. We citizens of Houston Texas need to come together and put pressure on the Mayor and make these HPD officers found this killer and bring him before the courts. Then any one who is covering up this or anyother crimes hold them and charge them as well for conspiracy.
