There are of course, some problems with having to call in problems more than once, but the staff is always friendly. Jen is great, if you need real help, talk to her, she has been more than accommodating. The grounds are nice and well maintained, the plumbing has a few issues. . . but its an old building. We did have some real problems with noise from the neighbors upstairs, but the mgmt. was very sympathetic and worked with us on the problem. the interiors of the apartments are great, love having people over, you don't find a lot of apartments with crown molding! TV reception isn't good, you'll have to pay for cable, and its not always available in all rooms of the apartment. pretty good for apartment living!
