I was a resident at Tanglewood Court for a long and distressful 2 years. The leasing and maintenance staff is rude, unhelpful and completely incompetent. The conditions I endured included my apartment flooding on 7 separate occasions, leaking pipes from the resident upstairs, mold, innumerable car thefts, breaking and entering, and the list goes on. Suffice it to say that in less than 2 years, I incurred six pages of documented maintenance issues, some of which were never resolved. The complex itself is unkempt and unsafe. I was new to the city when I moved there so I was completely unaware of the conditions. Subsequently, I would NEVER recommend Tanglewood Court to any self respecting person who values there health, safety and overall well being
