The Place Is So Awful That We Are Going To Court!!

Whatever you do, do NOT live in this crappy place! Looks are deceiving and at first the place looked fine. NOT so!! There was a sprinkler head outside of my first floor patio and the water came on in the middle of the night. The water flooded my patio, my patio closet and came right on in to my apartment. The carpet, the base board and the wall become full of MOLD!! The IDIOT apartment manager and the second IDIOT in command ignored my REPEATED calls to get the sprinkler shut off. The water ruined some of the furniture INSIDE of my apartment. They (the moron office staff) refused to pay, so now I have filed a claim in small claims court. I have video AND pictures and they are going to LOSE!! Save yourself the headache and AVOID this place like the plague!!!!
