Review for The Landmark At Barker Cypress Apartments

The management at these apartments seems to be always changing. Almost every month, there were new people in the office.
You can hear the people on the floor above you when they are walking around, talking, running water, flushing their commodes, etc. The people in the apartment next to us played loud music and had an apartment full of people every Friday and Saturday night, and the noise continued until at least 3:00 a.m. Complaints to management did not help. Safety seems to have become an issue in the last year. Kids are running around and riding bicycles in the parking lots unsupervised. There is not enough parking for the number of units. On a good note, maintenance was quick to respond when we had any problems. The landscaping was kept up and always looked nice. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The monthly rent was way too high for the quality of the apartments and the management.
