Apartment Review for The Lanesborough

So my first year here was ok descent price for the area, management was friendly but be forewarned CRIME RATE HERE IS OFF THE CHIAIN. It seems safe with gates at first but then you figure there broken most of the time.

The security guards just chill out with there buddies instead of walking the premises, especially at night I come back from med school and I find them with another person upfront chatting it up just chilling. Last week about twenty cars were broken into all in the main complex with the gym, the first floor of the two story garage. Now this past weekend another 8 cars were broken into, I called it in and the staff told me there is nothing they can do about it !!! This really blows since my car deductible is 500 bucks and I had to rent a car... another 500 bucks for the week so the break-in totaled me about a month of rent 1K.

I visited the office yesterday and the staff will not reveal the total tally of cars burglarized. I honestly dont know what type of business these people are running here but this apt complex last year was descent 3 stars out of 5 ..... Now I would rate them 1 star out of 5... that star is only for the proximity they are to my school.
