Apartment Review for The Lanesborough

This has to be the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff are unfriendly and incompetent, they do not care for their residents, calling out maintainence takes a minimum of 3 weeks, in that time you have enough damage for them to be able to take your whole deposit. Photos may look nice but the condition of the units are horrendous as is the noise level. If you want to live in a neighbourhood who welcomes in strangers then this is the place ... security... what security!! <P>
