When I found the Trails at Rock Creek during our Katrina evacuation, I was very happy. The place looks great, had good amenities (pool, etc.), was a little pricey, but I was in a picle.


Everything was Ok until I had to deal with the management. Without fail, every time I had to deal with these people I met with problems, aggrevation and incompetence. I think the owners of this complex should fire the entire management staff if they wish to remain profitable.
