Apartment Review for Tuscany Park

The Richdale Group properties are managed so poorly. The corporate office does not care about their tenants. My apartment has a particular bug problem(all the apartments around the pool do) and they are not willing to do anything. I could tell you many stories-the only thing this group cares about is MONEY. The local management and the corporate group are liars and have no empathy for the tenant. I have lived in Houston all my life and have never seen such problems and such a low level of service. <P>
