Tuscany Park resides on South Voss Road, just 12 miles form downtown Houston. Tenants enjoy close proximity to shopping at the Briargrove Shopping Center and can dine at nearby restaurants like Cafe Mezza & Grille, Angus Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, and Palazzo's Cafe. Residents who actively participate in sports or outdoor activities can shop at the Academy Sports & Outdoors directly beside the building. Some former residents complained about the pest problem and the slow-paced maintenance in the building. However, other reviews like the easy parking, the quiet community, and the location.

They have continuallly added misc. charges without making me aware of them......then when i pay my rent they apply late fees because i haven't covered the extra charges that they haven't told me about. See a pattern?
Save yourself the headaches and hassles and STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THE RICHDALE GROUP AS POSSIBLE.

The Richdale Group properties are managed so poorly. The corporate office does not care about their tenants. My apartment has a particular bug problem(all the apartments around the pool do) and they are not willing to do anything. I could tell you many stories-the only thing this group cares about is MONEY. The local management and the corporate group are liars and have no empathy for the tenant. I have lived in Houston all my life and have never seen such problems and such a low level of service. <P>
