All I can say is, "someone" that works there forged my signature on the lease as a second tenant! No, I am not joking... the leasing agent was going to mail me the lease to sign as the second person on the lease, but instead they forged my signature multiple times! I would not sign anything with this company and if you do, make copies of everything before you walk away.
