I have lived here for about 3 months. I haven't had any real issues with anything. the neighbors are all very nice. It is very quiet as most of the apartments are 1 bedrooms. The plumbing can be delicate so I am a bit careful with that. I enjoy living here. A small haven near the loop. There are a fair amount of trees and I enjoy walking my dogs around. I highly recommend touring the place because some of the apartments are much better situated than others! My favorite area is near the bayou. The washer and dryer situation is a pain and I don't know if I'll ever do quarter washers again, but you can get a one bedroom with a washer/dryer connection for a higher price. Overall, I'd recommend if it feels right. I give it 4 stars because there could be some improvements and emergency maintenance has so far been unresponsive to fix my toilet...

Live in building 9 and love my apartment. It overlooks the bayou and is a real treat to sit out on the balcony while it rains. The neighbors are all very quiet and keep to themselves mostly. The covered spots we get are very tight, but two small cars can fit just fine. Sometimes music from cars can be heard late at night on the weekends, but overall the place seems relatively quiet.

over the last 6 months, Went a week with NO water, wake up all the time with no hot water, no cable for a week due to a cut line by the apt! motorcycle stolen out of my garage, AND this last week i have asked everyday for someone to fix my AC.. still NOTHING! before you look, walk the complex and you will see its not maintained. office it RUDE and they dont care.! i have reported them to TAA and BBB/// good luck!

Its my third time back. Great place to live. Staff are great. Sorry I ever moved. But with the great deals I got the apartment I have always wanted for a good price. <P>

Great location just off Gessner and Westheimer. You can't hear the traffic at all. The maintenance is always performed quickly. The grounds are kept clean and trash isn't littering the property. The office staff are all nice and friendly. The price is high at nearly $700 for a one bedroom if you get cable, plus now you have to pay for water.
