Ive been in school 4 years. Woodcreek is the 4th place I've live since starting school. Woodcreek is the oldest place I have live, but the service is the best I have experienced. I have only lived here since June 09, but I have never had to wait more than 1 day for any maintenance problems to be repaired. So far, I have been very well taken care of. I recommend Woodcreek

The staff at Woodcreek is amazing. The Assistant Manager always has treats in her desk for my dog, so on our daily walk, my dog (Fritz) gets so excited to go see her. The maintenance guys are always so helpful anytime I need something. Thanks to everyone for your kindness.

I moved to WoodCreek to be close to school. I have a small dog which I took with me to check out apartments in the area. I really liked the fact that this was a gated property and that it had so many tall tree's. Barney my little dachsund and I love the apartment we chose. The neighbors are quiet and with this being a college property it's been a blessing. When Barney and I go to to the office the staff calls both Barney and myself by name. Where else can you get that kind of greeting? Keep up the great job WoodCreek!

hiGreat first apartment and very nice...close to campus. Woodcreek staff has been excellent making me feel at home away from home. I love how they know my dog by name and give her treats. I would recommend these apartments to anyone at Sam Houston.
