dont get me wrong, they are nice and i enjoyed my stay at amli, but i decided to leave when they increased my rent by an outrageous 20%, dont even gas steeps that high these days! i decided to move to a house and when i moved out they offered me the famous "hassle free" clean up service which i did not take, had done it by myself very succesfully in the past, this time they charged me for every single item even a little dust in the countertops. they did not offer me a walk thru and they even charged for the use of the carpet which they would replace anyway since it was been used prior to me moving into the apartment, beware read all fine prints and stay on top of everything, use their cleanup service if not you will get charged for everything, they will cleanup anyway after you leave but they will charge you anyway.
