If you like to be lied to, then this is the place for you. If you like to be cheated, then move here. If you like a high priced dump, then Avalon Villas is the apartment for you. As for me, I am getting out of this hell hole as fast as I can!!!!! You will be sorry if you move here. The management does not care for the residents. Your repair request will fall on deaf ears. You will not have water once a month. Your electric bill will be abnormally high. This is the worst managed company I have ever experienced. If you move here, you better have the tennants association phone number memorized because you will need it. Better yet, have the EPA and city code enforcement numbers ready. too. BEWARE of a mgr. named melody ( the ring leader). This lady needs a class in customer relations. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
